V. Yadov's concept of motivation to work

V. Yadov's concept does not imply a single hierarchy of needs (and, consequently, the motivation of activity) in various social groups. Therefore, the use of this concept as one of the methodological principles of studying labor motivation requires knowledge of the social structure of employees. The exchange of opinions of sociologists who gathered at the seminar "Problems of labor sociology in modern conditions" (Vladimir, November 1990, seminar leaders B. Rakitsky and B. Tukumtsev) showed that sufficient knowledge of the structure of workers has not yet been achieved to analyze labor motivation, especially in relation to the hierarchy of spheres of social activity. Research on work motivation is carried out, as a rule, within the framework of the same socio-class structure, supplemented by its socio-demographic and professional qualification grouping. However, interesting results have also been obtained based on this traditional approach. As an example, we can cite a study of the stimulating role of wages carried out in the Far Eastern branch of the National Research Institute of Labor, the object of which was industrial workers; a study of labor motivation in science conducted under the leadership of M. Yaroshevsky; a study by S. Kugel and O. Nikandrov, devoted to the motivation of young engineers employed in industrial enterprises, and a number of others. Among these works, the capital study "Man and his work" stands out, carried out in Leningrad under the direction of V. This is what became the "bible" of industrial sociology. This study was continued; and its second stage, conducted 14 years after the first, allowed us to assess the evolution of attitudes towards work in different groups of workers, in particular young people, design engineers. We are talking about evolution — the gradual change of motivation factors in relatively stable conditions.

In general, a general concept of labor motivation has emerged from individual fragments within the framework of the traditional idea of the structure of workers in industrial production and its scientific and technical services. At the same time, the system of motives of the industrial worker of the 60-70s was studied in the most detail.

A possible approach to the study of social structure is shown. The essence of the approach is to impose possible groupings of employees on their field of activity. The table is based on assumptions that are both obvious and open to discussion. https://novusnexus.lt/duomenu-apsaugos-pareigunas/ BDAR, GDPR, duomenų apsaugos pareigūnas
